What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ year of professional experience in a client-facing, revenue generating or analytics role in digital media; 6+ months of media planning experience on the agency, publisher, network or AdTech side is a plus
  • A self-starter who doesn’t hang back and wait for instructions but seeks and comes to the table with solutions
  • Detail oriented and highly organized proactive thinker, considering ways to support up-selling/driving incremental spend in all communications with clients
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multi-task with a positive can-do attitude
  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis using Excel
  • Skillful with PowerPoint in creating storytelling analysis
  • Top-notch organizational, time management and oral/written communication skills
  • Curiosity or understanding of digital advertising landscape
  • Added bonus if you have experience working with programmatic and a love for the challenge of sales
  • Perform day to day operational support tasks including client call scheduling, campaign setup, uploading deliverable assets, and reporting on campaign KPIs
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver reports to clients with key insights
  • Develop recommendations to clients on key elements of campaigns based on clients’ goals and objectives
  • QA campaigns and lead troubleshooting efforts when needed
  • Partner with internal departments to assist with client-facing materials and deliverables
  • Work closely with the Ad Ops, Analytics and Strategy teams to prepare client presentations; develop and communicate campaign learnings and strategize on how to engage and grow accounts
